Mission & Vision
IME Foundation is the non-profit organization founded by Mr. Chandra Prasad Dhakal and Mr. Hem Raj Dhakal. Launched in the year 2009, IME Foundation aims to create a difference in Nepal – difference in the lives of people and communities deprived of elementary healthcare, education. IME Foundation draws its values from IME’s CSR philosophy.
For us, CSR is not about harping on sporadic acts of charity and donation to a local school or an NGO. It is an ongoing attempt to give back to the society where we exist, an effort to bring bigger social issues in to perspective and think beyond the contours of corporate imperatives. Right since the beginning of our inception, we have aligned our organizational resources and made decisions being mindful of the impact it would have on our stakeholders: from customers, employees, agents and business partners to ecosystem, communities and society at large in short and in the long run.

IME Foundation is an international private business self regulatory Organization working under CSR Policy (Corporate Social Responsibility) aided to company’s mission as well as serve as a guide to what IME represents for its customers. IME Foundation is founded/chaired by Mr. Hem Raj Dhakal and Mr. Chandra Prasad Dhakal. Mrs. Anjali Aryal is a member secretary and other corporate members of IME Foundation are IME limited, IME Digital Solution Limited, CM Trading Pvt. Ltd, IME Motors, Swift Technology Pvt. Ltd.
IME Foundation strive to deliver meaningful programs that works on its policy directives, guidelines and ensure its better implementation and accountability. IME Foundation emphasizes on various philanthropic activities specially focusing on vulnerable children deprived of quality education in rural/ remote areas. IME Foundation works, where appropriate, in association with governments to achieve its aims and objectives. IIME Foundation pursue various environmental and social activities with thoughtful consideration and meaningful action. IME Foundation acts as a responsive source in need.
IME Foundation generally focuses on providing basic education and health care. IME Foundation assess the needs of each child, monitor their progress and ensure school readiness while supporting the children in need.
Ensure that a developmentally and educationally appropriate program is planned and implemented for each child.
IME Foundation aims on qualified human resources through quality education to vulnerable children not only limiting to remote areas but also the economically deprived family.

Mr. Hem Raj Dhakal
With an aphorism of “No Children without Education” , IME Foundation started off at it’s earliest to carry out various philanthropic activities under Company’s CSR Policy. In IME Foundation, we aim to create difference in the lives of people specially by providing elementary healthcare and education. IME foundation ensures the involvement in social activities; enforcing itself to work closely with local community.
Focusing on a quality of life, IME foundation initiates to promote the access of the local community towards quality education. As we are conglomerate of businesses based in Nepal investing in various sectors like banking, remittance, trading, IT, communication, energy, tourism, automobiles, insurance and infotainment ; IME Foundation is a private initiative for public good.

Key Achievements
IME Foundation has made school building at Baglung Municipality-12, Amalachaur with nearly 4 crore investment.
Supplied Logistic and Relief Commodities to 200 family in response to massive flood affected victims in Terai.
IME Foundation provided Scholarship to fifteen Vulnerable Children from remote areas.
Action Plan
IME Foundation believes to obliterate Illiteracy by advocating children from vulnerable family background.
IME Foundation thrives to take part in various environmental protection and awareness activities in association with government and non-governmental organizations such as tree plantation and awareness campaigns.
IME Foundation is actively instigated in organizing a one-day free health check-up camps and blood donation drives at local communities in association with various social organizations.
IME Foundation has set up a fund of Rs. 2 million termed as “IME Kalyankari Kosh” with an aim to financially support the migrant workers injured in accidents during their work and also to support the families and survivors of the deceased workers working in Malaysia and Gulf Countries.
IME Foundation is in reinforcement of every Sports Enthusiast specially Kids and enhance active participation of children from different age groups while organizing any sport competition all around Nepal.
